The course will cover the fundamentals of User Experience Design (UxD) and provide learners with insights into real-life processes, challenges, considerations, tools, teams, and models of a user experience designer.  Learners will be introduced to UX principles and to designing, evaluating, implementing and measuring User Experience.

In this continuation of CC102: Computer Programming 1, students are introduced to the principles and practices required to solve a more advanced set of problems. Students further develop their knowledge of the principles of object-oriented design and programming, including the use of inheritance, and developing graphical user interfaces.

This course provides learners with an overview of the WWW and the overall process of web development. This course aims to equip students with the skills and knowledge needed in designing and creating standards-compliant and responsive web sites using HTML5 and CSS3. Students will design and develop a complete web site all throughout the whole semester.

This course focuses on the practice of visual communication, using imagery to convey information and concepts to a viewer. The course covers an expansive concept, housing many different disciplines, elements and principles under its umbrella. Using visuals to communicate. The course isn’t just about editing images or creating designs — it is a creative combination of aesthetic principles, strategic planning, and psychology.

    Overview:

This course introduces students to the fundamentals of software engineering within the context of embedded systems using Arduino. Students will learn how to design, develop, and implement software for microcontrollers, with a focus on practical applications. The course covers essential topics such as programming in C/C++, system design, hardware-software integration, and debugging techniques. Through hands-on projects, students will gain experience in creating real-world applications that interact with sensors, actuators, and other electronic components. By the end of the course, students will be equipped with the skills to develop efficient, reliable, and maintainable software for embedded systems.

This course covers the outcomes required in setting-up Servers host.  It consists of topics in the deployment of Network Services using different known platforms over a virtual environment.  Blended learning is the primary teaching modality for this course.

At the end of the course the student shall submit a fully documented Linux Hypervisor deployment, with a with virtual machines running a web hosting service and a windows 2008 Active Directory Domain Service (AD-DS) with DHCP and File and Print Server, running on a Local Area Network Environment.
